Curbside Grub is a mobile food truck operation serving the tri-state area of Iowa, Illinois, and Missouri, offering fresh, hot food including burgers, Philly cheesesteaks, wings, loaded fries, and hand-breaded tenderloins. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
2. Service Usage and Intellectual Property Rights
You agree to use Curbside Grub's services, including our website, app, and ordering platform, only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our online communities, and attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems. - Reproducing, distributing, or transmitting any content from Curbside Grub without explicit written permission, including menu designs, pricing structures, and promotional materials.
- Engaging in fraudulent activities, including false payment information, fraudulent orders, or misrepresentation of identity when placing orders or requesting catering services.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to Curbside Grub's ordering systems, location tracking, or operational technology.
3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Curbside Grub's services, website, and mobile application are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curbside Grub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including food quality disputes, delivery delays, or location inaccuracies. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order or service in question. We are not responsible for third-party services, payment processors, or delivery partners.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
